24 Pitted Prunes
1/2 c Peanut Butter
Steam the prunes over boiling water in a colander for 5 minutes or until plump. Cool. Slit one side open and stuff with the peanut butter. Refrigerate until serving time. Yield: 24 Thumbs
NOTE: You can add coconut or sunflower seeds to the peanut butter, if you desire.
