Popcorn Ball Pops

1 package (4-serving size) Jell-o, any flavor
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
5 quarts popped popcorn

Combine all ingredients except popcorn in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over 5 quarts of popped corn. Form into popcorn balls with buttered hands. Insert a popsicle stick into each ball and then place in a sandwich bag. Makes 12.
